Chef
Larry Quirit brings more than 15 years of culinary experience with
French, Italian, Mediterranean and Euro-Asian cuisines to the Hotel
Hana-Maui. He has worked in many award-winning restaurants,
including Sierra Mar at Post Ranch Inn, Meadowood Resort and Domaine
Chandon, both in Napa Valley, California. Prior to Hana, Larry was
the Chef at Humuhumunukunukuapua'a at the Grand Wailea Resort in
Maui. |
